Return policy
These are case orders for properties and facilities. Prices exclude applicable U.S. sales tax. Tax is calculated at checkout from the ship-to address. Valid resale certificates may exempt qualifying purchases. On orders of 20 cases or more, UR Distributor pays shipping to your door.
We want your order to arrive in good shape. If something is off, tell us quickly and we will help.
Contact us first
Email us within 3 business days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and how many cases are affected. We must authorize the return before you ship anything back. Returns sent without our authorization will be declined with no credit.
Condition
Products must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
Return shipping
After we authorize a return, you pay the return shipping cost unless the product was defective or we sent the wrong item.
